PVLPPV provides the following services:

  • Mobile App Development — design and development of native applications for iOS
  • UI/UX Design — user interface and user experience design for digital products
  • Custom Software Development — backend systems, APIs, and web applications

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Popov Pavel Gleb, IE and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Upon full payment for services, intellectual property rights to the deliverables are transferred to the client as specified in the project agreement.

4. Client Obligations

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
  • Make timely payments as agreed upon in the project agreement
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Use our services in compliance with applicable laws

5. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind except as explicitly stated in individual project agreements. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the courts of the Republic of Armenia.
